（1）每次使用时，应检查挖掘机加长臂高压或低压油管是否有松动现象;同时，为小心起见，应随时检查其他地方是否漏油，以免因振动造成油管脱落，从而发生故障。

(1) Before each use, first check whether the high-pressure or low-pressure oil pipes of the excavator's extended arm are loose; Meanwhile, as a precautionary measure, it is important to check for oil leaks in other areas at all times to avoid oil pipe detachment caused by vibration and potential malfunctions.

（2）当破碎特别坚硬的物体时，应先从边缘处开始，不要在同一点上连续敲打超过1min，以防止钎杆烧毁或液压油过热。

(2) When crushing particularly hard objects, start from the edge and do not continuously strike at the same point for more than 1 minute to prevent the drill rod from burning or hydraulic oil from overheating.

（3）不要用挖掘机加长臂的护板作为推动重物的工具，由于挖掘装载机均以小型机为主，其本身重量轻，若以其推重物时，轻则损伤破碎锤，重则造成主机吊臂断裂，甚发生主机翻车事故。

(3) Do not use the extended arm guard of an excavator as a tool to push heavy objects. As excavators and loaders are mainly small machines, their own weight is light. If they are used to push heavy objects, it can damage the crushing hammer lightly, cause the main crane arm to break, and even cause the main engine to overturn.

（4）在使用挖掘机加长臂进行破碎作业时，钎杆应始终与被破碎物体的表面保持垂直状态。并使钎杆紧压被破碎的物体，破碎后应立即停止破碎锤工作，以防止空打。持续漫无目标的冲击会造成破碎锤的前体受损及主体螺栓松动，严重时可伤及主机本身。

(4) When using an excavator with an extended arm for crushing operations, the drill rod should always be perpendicular to the surface of the object being crushed. And make the drill rod tightly press the broken object, and immediately stop the work of the crushing hammer after crushing to prevent empty hitting. Continuous aimless impact can cause damage to the front body of the crushing hammer and loosening of the main bolts, and in severe cases, it can harm the host itself.

（5）进行破碎作用时，勿以摇晃钎杆使用，否则主体螺栓与钎杆均有破裂的可能;勿使破碎锤快速坠下或重击在坚硬的石块上，这样会因受过度冲击而损坏挖掘机加长臂。

(5) When performing crushing, do not shake the drill rod, otherwise both the main bolt and the drill rod may break; Do not let the hammer fall quickly or hit hard stones, as it may damage the excavator's extended arm due to excessive impact.

（6）勿在水中或泥泞地中进行破碎作业，除钎杆外，挖掘机加长臂的其他部分均不宜浸在水或泥泞中，否则其上的活塞及其他功能相近的零件会因堆积泥渍而造成破碎锤过早损耗。

(6) Do not carry out crushing operations in water or mud. Except for the drill rod, other parts of the excavator's extended arm should not be immersed in water or mud, otherwise the piston and other parts with similar functions on it will cause premature wear and tear of the crushing hammer due to the accumulation of mud stains.
